Recently Microsoft has made some changes in the way Internet Explorer reacts to older Java plug-ins. We understand that this update may block an out-of-date version of your Java plugin. If this happens and you are unable to view any graphics within GES Connect, follow these steps:

  1. Update to the latest version of Java
  2. Then please use the Java help guide in the this link to do a security override (this will allow you to see the graphics proofs): (Java7u51Fix.pdf)

You may need your internal IT administrator to help you with this process. If you have any further questions, please contact your Account Manager to open up a ticket with our Global Service Desk and we can help you further.
